AZOTH APPOINTMENT BOOKING

This appointment is designed for existing patients who have already completed a consultation with Dr. Shubhra and require a focused review of their progress, investigations, treatment plan, recovery, or next steps.

Booking Policy: Patients receive complimentary support and follow-up communication for up to 14 days following their primary consultation. Any review requested after 14 days will require booking of this 15-minute follow-up appointment. After 30 days from the original consultation, a new full consultation will be required and charged at the prevailing consultation rate. Full payment is required to confirm the appointment. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The purpose of this session is to address specific questions, review developments since your last appointment, and provide clarity on ongoing recommendations. It is not intended for new concerns, second opinions, or comprehensive reassessments, which may require a full consultation.
